In the 24th minute of the match between Rangers and Fenerbahce, a dangerous collision occurred. Robin Propper retreated to defend when a ball was released behind the defence. However, he did not have good contact with goalkeeper Jack Butland. The Rangers goalkeeper rushed out of the penalty area to deal with the situation and headbutted Robin Propper.
After the collision, Propper lay on the pitch in great pain. Doctors came on the pitch to treat this player for several minutes. Everyone was worried about a case of concussion or worse.
