Christian Alshon
“In addition to my training, I’m very careful about my diet. If you eat healthy, combined with training, you’ll be healthier and look better. I work out almost every day. If I don’t work out, I’ll do some exercise, stretching, physical therapy. I’ll incorporate some other exercises, even when I’m resting and recovering,” says Christian Alshon.
